    Chef Bear, has created a very unique culinary education service for adventurous foodies, culinary newbies or the kitchen-savvy who want to learn more; and for anyone who needs quick cooking tips and advice.

    Kitchen Inspired’s Chef Bear offers stress-free culinary education classes and is a guest instructor at Cité Collégiale’s International Cuisine program as well as teaching any interested individuals at Continuing Education night classes. Continuing Education classes, are based out of Rideau High School and Chef Bear offers over 10 unique classes for all culinary skills, classes such as Couples cooking, Cooking for Yourself, Worldly Dishes, and many more.

    Food rescuer Blog:  Kitchen Inspired’s Chef Bear is always eager to rescue you from any food preparation frustrations (or fiascoes), on demand.
